STATUTORY

Maintenance of Cost Records under Section 128 of Companies Act 2013. Conducting Statutory Cost Audit Under Section 148(3) of Companies (Cost Record and Audit) Rules, 2014. CAS 4 Certification: Certification of CAS-4 as per the excise rules and captive consumption norms. FAR Verification, development of fixed asset register and calculation of depreciation as per Schedule II of Companied Act 2013.


INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM

Design and developments of system Procedures & Controls. Designing of standard operating procedures. Development and analysis of RCM (risk control matrix) for giving view on risk associated with particular process and its mitigation plans. Internal audit of control processes and books of accounts.

The partnership firm was promoted in the year 1998 by Cost Accountants with meticulous track record and sound professional background. The firm is wonderful combination of experience and energy, comprising of three partners, one senior partners having experience of 17 years in the practice of cost and management consultancy, one partner having working experience of 12 years in various industries and one young partner having exposure of 4 years and tech savvy. The two senior partners are also working partner in Mumbai based cost accountants firm of national repute. The firm is handling assignments in consultancy and cost audit of various companies of repute, Export-Import Services, Excise and Service Tax Advisory, covering public sector, private sector and government sector.
